The teams walk around the pitch before the match starts. The players are lined up in numerical order, and the numbers determine what position they play. They don't have names on their jerseys, so you have to know a player's number to know where he is and what he's doing. Goalies are 1, and the starters' numbers go up to 15, then the subs have the next numbers after that, starting with the sub goalie with 16.
